The Lancashire Business Environment Association (BEA) offer cost-effective pratical support to business helping to reduce environmental pressures and at the same time offering tangible business benefits.
MGA Marketing Ltd have provided us with telemarketing support to help recruit business to the programme, arranging appointments for our Environmental Advisor to carry out resource efficiency audits. MGA staff presented themselves as part of the Lancashire BEA explaining the service, making the appointments and providing us with a structured report of appointments on a daily basis.
MGA had experience of similar work which enabled them to provide us with advice on the best way of achieving our targets. Our targets were exceeded and we have now begun to work with MGA on a longer term basis, also recruiting businesses to seminars and workshops.
Feedback from businesses indicates a smooth process from initial contract by MGA to completion of the audit by our Advisor. We had considered recruiting a member of staff to undertake this role but have found working with MGA a flexible and cost effective alternative.

The Enterprising West Lancashire Project
Since early 2007 The Enterprising West Lancashire Project have engaged MGA Marketing Limited to provide a range of services. These include:

MGA Marketing Ltd has been employed by the Groundwork Trusts in Manchester to undertake Telesales activity with a variety of companies in order to acquaint them of our Products and Services or to invite them to a variety of Training and Awareness Raising Events.
The Results obtained from using this company are truly pleasing with them being able to engage with above average levels of potential clients, provide them with a clear understanding of what is available and make the necessary bookings either for attendance at an Event or for one of our advisor to undertake a Resource Efficiency Review.

CXL
MGA Marketing has undertaken a number of projects for CXL, and previously Connections Lancashire.
In 2006, we commissioned MGA to undertake the follow up of an Employer Mailshot. This activity consisted of 3000 calls being made to employers over a 3 month period. All calls were completed within the time-scales agreed and to a high standard. MGA were able to be flexible to meet the needs of our campaign, even agreeing to work on our company premises when requested.
In 2007 we commissioned them to undertake further 'cold-calling' telephone work which resulted in a high number of positive leads.
Following the success of the previous two campaigns we have commissioned MGA to undertake further follow up work for us in 2008. MGA have even offered to provide us with advice and feedback to ensure we make the most of our planned activities.
